Whether you are new to online course design and delivery, or an experienced online instructor, having a working familiarity with copyright and fair use is a professional necessity. In this workshop, you will learn how to avoid copyright infringement. You will also get answers to important questions like: Do you know how to use copyright law to protect an idea? How long does copyright last? If a use is educational, does it always qualify as fair use?

Learning Objectives:

Identify types of accommodations needed for different visible and non-visible disabilities

Understand how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) frames the decisions made in designing and delivering online courses
