The center provides technical support for e-learning issues, especially for Moodle, the university’s online course platform and various other teaching tools used by the university.

Moodle Support: To get immediate help, call 559-453-3460 weekdays during COL office hours. Faculty may also fill out a Request Services form (response within 24 hours or less during weekdays).

COL technical support includes:

  • Moodle course transfers
  • Moodle support (gradebook, resources, activities)
  • Lecture capture (audio and video)
  • Screencast creation
  • Podcast creation
  • E-textbook integration
  • AdobeConnect (web conferencing)
  • Web-based tools (content creation, course integration)
